Will I need to take my factory front bumper off to put you product on?

If your 2006 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited has a C-channel bumper and not a tube style bumper then front mount trailer hitch # 31408 will fit. To install this hitch you will not need to remove the vehicle bumper. There is a plastic shield between the bumper and grille that will have to come off but it does get reinstalled. I have included a link to the installation instructions for you to view. Basically, the hitch attaches to the top of the C-channel bumper.
