Can Any Rhino-Rack Pioneer Platform Rack Be Mounted To Crossbars

I have a Thule Aerobar system on my Subaru Forester. I found a Rhino Rack Pioneer platform 49x60 basically for free and hope to mount this on my Thule system. This universal rack seems to come with an adapter to fit the Aerobars but I cannot find these for purchase separately. Is this possible? If not, what would the next best thing be price-wise?

The only Rhino-Rack Pioneer Platform Racks which can be mounted to standard crossbars are the universal models; part # RR42115BF and part # RR42114BF. There are no adapters to use any of their other platforms for this application unfortunately.

Yes. You can use the inner channels on the Rhino-Rack Universal Platform Rack #RR42115BF to mount the clamps, but this cannot be done on the #RR42114BF - per my contact at Rhino-Rack.
