Best Lightweight, Well Made and Rust Resistant Platform Style Bike Rack

Hi, I need help/recommendations on a 2 bike platform carrier for my Honda Accord. There are a lot of options. I am looking for lightweight, good material i.e. not rust and less than $500. Thanks

One of my favorite cost effective bike rack that has everything you're looking for is the Kuat Transfer V2 # KU64FR with the one bike add on # KU57FR. It's only about 45 lbs, well made and will not rust over time. Whatever metal components there are have a powder coated finish so it will not rust even if you keep it on your rack for a long time.
