Can a Ventline Ventadome Trailer Roof Vent Be Left Open While Traveling
Question:
Can the vent be left open while the trailer is in motion?

I do not recommend leaving the Ventline Ventadome Trailer Roof Vent - Manual - 14-1/4" x 14-1/4" - Smoke
Item # V2092SP-29 open during travel because the wind could damage the vent cover; this is going to be the same for any roof vent on your trailer. In most cases you'll install this so that it opens facing the rear and that's going to reduce the chances that it gets damaged, but wind can still catch it and rip it off the hinges.
If you're looking for a way to keep your vent open during travel you'll need to use a vent cover like the Fan-Tastic Vent Ultra Breeze Trailer Roof Vent Cover - 23" x 19.5" x 10.25" - Black # DMC38FR.
