If your Valley 5th wheel trailer hitch is designed to fit in above the bed rails then it will fit the Reese universal installation kit, # RP30035. If your Valley hitch requires the UBS system (Under-bed system) with no rails in the truck bed, then it will not work.
The Reese rails will accept Curt, Draw-Tite, Hidden Hitch, Reese, Valley and Husky hitches that fit in above the bed rails.
I have included a link to the instructions for the Reese universal installation kit for you to view.
