I would be happy to help!

To add a 3rd axle you will need to start with a new hanger kit of which I recommend the Triple-Axle Trailer Hanger Kit for Double-Eye Springs - 3-1/4" Front/Rear/Center # APTT5. This will work perfectly with the Lippert 7k axles you have.

Next you will need 6 of the 6-Leaf Double-Eye Spring for 7,000-lb Trailer Axles - 24-7/8" Long # e64SR which when paired with the # APTT5 will give you 34" axle spacing.

Moving on to U-Bolts you will need 3 of the U-Bolt Kit for Mounting 5,200-lb to 7,000-lb, Round Trailer Axles - 7" Long U-Bolts # APUBR-8.

We do not offer the Lippert 7k axles you current have, So I recommend contacting Lippert with the serial and variant numbers off of your axle tag to get the correct axle ordered.

I included videos of the products mentioned and a link to a helpful article on axle placement for you to take a look at.
