Recommended Hub To Replace Older Hub With Uncommon 4 on 137mm Bolt Pattern
Question:
Do you offer a trailer hub for a 4 on 137mm bolt pattern? If not, do you have any suggestions to adapt a 4 on 137mm wheel to a hub you do offer? Thank you!

I may have another option for you, but we do not offer any hubs with the 4 on 137mm bolt pattern.
Instead I recommend replacing your current hubs and wheels to ones that use a more common bolt pattern.
To recommend the correct hub you will need to determine which inner and outer bearings your spindle uses. The easiest way to do this is by removing one of your current hubs and looking for the bearing numbers stamped in the face of each bearing as shown in the included picture of the # L44649.
If your bearings are worn to the point that you cannot read your bearing numbers you will need to use digital calipers like # PTW80157 to precisely measure your spindle according to the included diagram.
For example the Trailer Idler Hub Assembly # AKIHUB-545-35-G-EZ-K uses inner bearing # L68149, and outer bearing # L44649 and the common 5 on 4-1/2" bolt pattern. If this matches you bearing combination this would be a great replacement option.
There are multiple different wheel sizes offered in the 5 on 4-1/2" bolt pattern which I have linked for you to take a look at, but if you can tell me the size of your current wheels and tires I would be happy to recommend a replacement option for you.
I included a video of the # AKIHUB-545-35-G-EZ-K for you to take a look at.
