We have a Timbren Axle-Less Trailer Suspension System w Hubs # A35RD545 that will work great for your off road camping trailer. This system is rated for 3,500 lbs and will bolt right to your frame.
For a tire and wheel set up you could go with Kenda Karrier S-Trail ST145R12 Radial Trailer Tire with 12" Aluminum Wheel - 5 on 4-1/2 - Load Range D # AM31202. I think these wheels and tires would look sweet on a small camper. We also have a silver mod rim and tire # LHAW121 if you would rather go that route.
