Question:
I bought a wiring harness from you for a 2013 Mdx trailer hookup. The lights still dont work and have checked all fuses and relays. Can you help me?

The first thing I would do is test the trailer against another vehicle with a known working 4-way plug. The issue could be on the trailer side wiring. If this is the case let me know what you have and I can recommend a solution.
Second I would check to see if it is only limited to the trailer or did the vehicles lights stop working as well.
We do carry a Circuit Tester # PTW2993 that can help you diagnose the plug and wiring. See attached video.
If the trailer worked on the other vehicle and none of the MDX lights are affected I would check the plug that was inserted into the rear at the fuse block. If any of the connectors came out of the plug or if any of the pins inside the fuse box are damaged/bent.
If there is still an issue do one last check of the wiring on the harness # C56038 that you purchased for any signs of damage.
