I have some great crossbars for your 2017 Toyota RAV4!
If you have raised rails that run front to back, I recommend the Malone AirFlow2 Roof Rack, part # MPG216. It's an all-in-one system that attaches to the rails and gives you aero-style crossbars 58" in length. They have a T-slot as well, making them highly compatible with most accessories. I've linked to a video review of these crossbars for you to look at.
If you do not have rails, then I recommend the Thule WingBar Evo Crossbars, part # TH711420. They are aero-style crossbars 53" in length. They attach to your RAV4 with the Evo Clamp Feet, part # TH710501, and the Fit Kit for Thule Evo Clamp Roof Rack Feet, part # TH145058. I've linked to a video review of this system as well.
If you have any other questions, I'd be happy to answer them for you.
