Longest Adjustable Ball Mount For 2 Inch Hitch Receiver
Question:
I could use some help, I am trying to find an adjustable ball hitch with a long enough shank to clear the bumper on my car. It needs to be at least 9 inches from the pin hole to the vertical bar. I cannot seem to find many products that share enough measurements. Any guidance would be appreciated

While we have a long adjustable ball mount, there are none where just the shank by itself measures a full 9 inches from hitch pin hole to the bar. Reason is that adjustable ball mounts need to be able to take on higher capacities and that would just be too much leverage on the shank alone.
So long as the hitch ball itself is a good distance from the hitch, you should be able to clear your bumper, and the longest adjustable ball mount there is for a 2" trailer hitch is from Curt, and it measures 15-1/4" from the center of the pin hole to the center of the hitch ball:
- Curt Multi-Ball Adjustable Ball Mount for 2" Trailer Hitches # D900
This is a 3-ball mount with a maximum drop of 5-3/4" and maximum rise of 4". I have added a link below to a couple video reviews for you to check out as well.
