Truck Bed Ladder Rack That Can Carry Kayaks On A 2014 Ram 3500

am thinking of buying Thule TracRac ladder rack to carry kayak while towing travel trailer with my2014 ram . can you recommend kayak racks to attach to this truck rack?

Yes, the Thule TracRac SR Sliding Truck Bed Ladder Rack would be a great option for you. Use # TH43003XT-501EX for the 6-1/2' bed without RamBox or use # TH43003XT-000EX for 8' bed. This is a very impressive system that uses three crossbars with built-in channels for accessories, and has a weight capacity of 1,250lbs. The front-most extension crossbar has a weight capacity of 1,000lbs. The two rear crossbars can slide along the bed rail to adjust for various accessories or loads.
In regard to a kayak carrier, you can use Thule Hull-A-Port Aero Kayak Carrier w/ Tie-Downs # TH849000 on the ladder rack mentioned above; this will fit into the T slot channel on the top of the crossbars. This kayak carrier allows you to carry 1 kayak. For a cheaper option you can use Rhino-Rack Nautic Stack Kayak Carrier w/ Tie-Downs - Post Style - Folding - 4 Kayaks # RRS520. Although this is a cheaper kayak carrier, it does allow you to carry up to 4 kayaks. If you plan on carrying more than 2 kayaks then you will need to add Rhino-Rack Cam-Buckle Cinch Strap and Anchor Kit # RRRBAS-RTD55P-RTD45P to the Rhino-Rack kayak carrier.
