For your RV I recommend going with the Swagman E-Spec Bike Rack # S94FR. This is specifically made to hold 2 electric bikes and is heavy duty to withstand the extra stress that an RV adds to a bike rack. With a weight capacity of 70lbs per bike, you will not need to worry about your electric bikes exceeding the weight limit. The built-in tire cradles allow for a maximum tire width of 3". If your e-bikes have wider tires then you can add Swagman Fat Bike Wheel Holder Upgrade Kit # S64679 which can handle tires up to 5" wide.

While this bike rack typically works with various bike frame designs, I recommend getting Swagman Deluxe Bike Frame Adapter Bar # 64005 if you plan on transporting a women's, children's or full-suspension bike. This adapter bar will keep the bike tight and secured and allow for a much more stabile transport. I have attached demonstration videos for these products.
