I would be happy to recommend the correct base plate kit for your 2019 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited 4 Door with the factory steel bumper and Warn VR10 winch.
You will need the Roadmaster Direct-Connect Base Plate Kit - Removable Arms # RM24VR which is confirmed to fit your Jeep with the Warn VR10 winch installed, and can be used with Blue Ox Motor Home Mounted Tow Bars using the Roadmaster Adapter Kit for Blue Ox Motorhome Mounted Tow Bars # RO64FR.
To complete your flat towing setup you will still need safety cables, wiring, and a supplemental braking system. If you are still needing any of these products my recommendations are as follows:
Safety Cables: RoadMaster 68" Single Hook, Coiled Safety Cables - 6,000 lbs # RM-643
Wiring: Roadmaster Diode 7-Wire to 6-Wire Flexo-Coil Wiring Kit # RM-15267
Supplemental Braking System: Blue Ox Patriot # BLU37TR W/ 1v Outlet Kit # RM-9332
You will also more than likely need a high-low adapter to level your tow bar to your tow vehicle so I have included a link to a helpful article that goes over how to measure for the correct adapter, and a link to all of our high-low adapters for you to take a look at.
I included videos for the products mentioned for you to take a look at.
