You can use the Adapter Rails for Curt 5th Wheel Hitch - Ford and Chevy/GMC Towing Prep Package # C88KR you mentioned to install your Curt A16 5th wheel hitch into the OEM prep package of your 2021 Ford F-250 as long as the A16 uses industry standard rails.
With that said I recommend using the Curt OEM 5th-Wheel Hitch Legs for Ford Super Duty Towing Prep Package # C16017 if your truck has the 8' bed or the Curt 5th Wheel Round Tube Slider for Ford Super Duty Towing Prep Package # C16020 if your truck has the 6-3/4' bed. These options will replace the legs currently on your A16 and will allow the hitch to fit directly into your OEM pucks without needing an adapter.
I included videos for each of the products mentioned for you to take a look at.
