Complete Rear Axle AirBag Suspension With Compressor Kit For 2018 Toyota Tundra
Question:
Im interested in purchasing the AirLift Load Lifter 5000 for my 2018 Toyota Tundra. I installed different rear leaf springs that lifted the rear approximately 1.5. I cant find the height of the actual air bag to determine if I need a spacer. Can you tell me what the height of the actual airbag is? Thanks so much.

In order to determine which spacer kit you need, or if you need one at all, you will need to measure/determine exactly how many inches your suspension moved away from your frame in comparison to the stock suspension. You could contact the manufacturer of your lift kit to verify how much space was added. You can then match up the correct spacer kit on the link I have attached that shows our Air Lift spacers. You will likely need Air Lift Universal Air Spring Spacers for LoadLifter 5000 and 7500XL - 2" Lift - Qty 2 # AL52420 but you will want to make sure. Air Lift did tell me that the air bags at max extension are 7" tall, but properly installed you want a range of 4-6" for operation.
The Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate Air Helper Springs with Internal Jounce Bumpers - Rear Axle # AL88299 is an excellent option for your 2018 Toyota Tundra. It has a weight capacity of 5,000lbs. This will dramatically reduce rear-end sag when weight is added to the back of your truck and also will reduce body roll on turns. You could add Air Lift WirelessONE Compressor System for Air Helper Springs - Remote - Bluetooth - Single Path # AL25980 if you would like to adjust the air pressure from the cab of your truck; you could do without this kit if you don't mind manually checking and adjusting the airbags yourself.
I have attached demonstration videos for these products.
