I have an option that you mentioned you weren't looking for, but there is not a trailer hitch receiver that mounts through the rear bumper of your 2019 Jeep Renegade Sport.

Instead I recommend the Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class II - 1-1/4" # 36587 as measures 12" from the ground to the top inside edge of the receiver tube which is the highest ground clearance out of all of the options for your Jeep. This hitch has a 300lb tongue weight rating and 3500lb trailer weight rating, but you will want to check the owner's manual for your Jeep to find its towing capacity and use the lower rating between the hitch and vehicle.

For a compatible ball mount you would want the Drawbar # 36071, and either the 1-7/8" hitch ball # 19256, or 2" hitch ball # 19258 to match the coupler on your trailer.

Lastly to tow a trailer you will also need a vehicle wiring harness like the # C56274 to power the trailers lights.
