Unfortunately, there is no documentation on the hubs and bearings for a 1996 EZ Loader Trailer.
However, there is a way to determine what you need. You will have to disassemble your hubs and read the numbers on the bearings, races, and seals to determine the correct replacement. I have linked to a video demonstration of how to do this below.
If you cannot read the numbers, you can use a digital caliper like part # PTW80157 to measure the inner diameter, which will help in determining the correct replacements. If you let me know which numbers they state or which measurements you get, I can help you find the correct replacements.
As for the hub, I have read that the hubs of an EZ Loader are proprietary, so you may need to contact them to get a replacement.
Finally, for your tire, the F78-14ST is the equivalent of a ST205/75D14 tire. We have a great replacement for that in the Americana ST205/75D14 Bias Trailer Tire, part # AM1ST52. It is a load range C bias tire that fits 14" rims. I have linked to a video review of this below.
