I would be happy to help you determine the parts needed to add electric trailer brakes to your 2013 Little Guy Tear Trailer but you will need to find which bearings your spindles use, and if the brake mounting flange is already installed as I was unable to find any information on your specific axle.
To determine the correct inner and outer bearing the easiest way is removing one hub and looking for the bearing number stamped in the face of each bearing as you can see in the included picture of the # L44649.
If your bearings are worn to the point that you can not read the bearing numbers you will need to use digital calipers like # PTW80157 to precisely measure your spindle according to the included diagram.
The brake mounting flange is located right behind the hub and either has 4 or 5 holes depending on the weight capacity of your axle. I included a picture of a brake mounting flange for reference.
If you can tell me which inner and outer bearings your spindles use, and if you have a brake mounting flange already installed I would be happy to recommend all of the parts you would need to add electric trailer brakes.
I included a link to a helpful article that goes over all of the parts required to add electric trailer brakes for you to take a look at.
