Im looking at reese RP30035-186 Is it rated for 20k pounds? What is the weight capacity? Thanks!

They are designed by the manufacturers simply to mount the 5th wheel hitch, and not take weight in the same way the jaws and head unit of the hitch do.
So it can definitely handle a 20,000 lb hitch like the Curt A20 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch # C16140.
