Question:
So I have a 2018 Infiniti Q60, and wondering if you are ever going to make a roof rack for my car?

None of our manufacturers make a traditional roof rack for your vehicle. This being said, we do have an option that would work for you.
In the case of your Q60, the primary fit issue for a traditional roof rack is the fact that the vehicle is a coupe with a very short roof. Since the front and rear crossbars attach using the top of the vehicle's door jamb, on your particular vehicle the crossbars would be very close together, too close for roof rack mounted accessories to safely attach to the crossbars. You probably won't see a fit for a traditional type roof rack for this vehicle.
The option I'd recommend is the SeaSucker Monkey Bars, part # 298-SX6000B. This item uses 6 vacuum cups (suction cups) to attach to the roof. I know what you might be thinking...Suction Cups? how can this stay attached to my roof with a load on it? Here's how- each cup has a 210 lb pull rating, which means that you'd have to apply 210 lbs of force to dislodge the cup from the roof. 6 cups would have a combined 1260 lb pull rating, so the rack isn't going to go anywhere once properly installed.
Because the Monkey Bars don't depend on the door jambs as attachment points, you can mount the crossbars far enough apart so that they'd be compatible with most roof rack mounted accessories. I've linked to a product demonstration video showing this roof rack being installed.
