Redarc Tow-Pro Elite Brake Controller Fit for 2015 Ford F-53 Chassis
Question:
Vehicle 2015 Ford F53 chassis. For the life of me I can not figure out the difference between the Redarc P/N RED44FR and Redarc P/N 331-EBRH-ACCV2. Which one comes with the plug and play adapter harness and the trailer brake faceplate? Which one fits mine? I get no message one way or another indicating which one fits my vehicle. Thanks.

I can help you out with the correct Redarc Tow-Pro Elite for your 2015 Ford F-53 chassis, which is the following:
- Redarc Tow-Pro Elite Trailer Brake Controller # RED44FR
- Plug-and-Play Wiring Harness for Redarc Tow-Pro Trailer Brake Controllers # RED87FR
You will also likely need the Adapter 4-Pole to 7-Pole and 4-Pole # 37185 to complete your set up, unless you already have the 7-way connected. The # RED44FR is the newest version of the Tow-Pro Elite, and the difference between this and the previous model you mentioned is the shape of the unit for easier installation, as well as software upgrades in the unit for even smoother braking.
I did verify with Redarc that the newest Tow-Pro as well as the harness are a fit for your 2015 F-53, and have added links below to video reviews for you to check out as well if you'd like.
