How To Remove Panel To Get To Brake Controller Port On 2019 Jeep Cherokee
Question:
You say panel takes some force after screw is removed but you dont say down or forward?? I dont want to break the panel and all your instructions are vague at best. If you want to sell this stuff, stop typing and make a video or USEFUL pictures in sequence.

In order to install a brake controller like the Tekonsha Prodigy P3 Trailer Brake Controller part # 90195 on a 2019 Jeep Cherokee you'll need the Tekonsha Custom Wiring Adapter for Trailer Brake Controllers part # 3014-P. In order to access the factory tow package port you will remove one panel on the lower left hand side of the dash. There is a visible plastic push pin faster that will be removed and then you can simply pull the panel STRAIGHT out. The plug should then be located behind the panel up in the dash a bit.
I wish I had a video to show this but we have yet to have one come in requesting a brake controller. I have also attached some instructions from another manufacturer who tends to be more detailed.
