Many modern RV's have 75 Ohm Co-Ax INPUT jacks on their exterior where you can connect a satellite dish, Cable TV cable, or even an improved over-the-air TV antenna.
RV's that have in-the-wall cabling for interior TV locations usually place an outdoor jack to connect an outdoor TV as well.
I can see from your picture that this is an outdoor jack, but I cannot know if it is an INPUT jack or OUTPUT jack for an outdoor TV. Both jacks are identical in construction and function. Outdoor jacks are almost always on the drivers side and have an outdoor electrical outlet to power the TV. Fortunately the cables are the same.
For a short cable to reach from the outdoor jack to an outdoor TV you can use the JR Products # 37247945 three foot cable. If you need a longer input cable to reach your dish or maybe a cable TV outlet you can use the Camco # CAM64761 fifty foot cable.
If what you really need is the jack that goes on the outside of your trailer, the JR Products # 37247755 would be my first choice as it only requires a small hole for the in-wall cabeling. If the jack you are replacing uses the larger opening in the wall, take a look at the Furrion # FTVINSPS in white or the # FTVINBBS for black.
Don't forget to chaulk around this jack when installing.
