We do have an option for a Westlake ST205/75R15 trailer tire and a chrome rim, though they do come separate as opposed to the tire already being mounted on the wheel. For the tire, what you will need is the Westlake ST205/75R15 Radial Trailer Tire # LHWL300.
This is an 8-ply tire like you wanted, and is a load range D with a capacity of 2,150 lbs. This is one of the better trailer tires available due to its deep 10/32" tread depth for the best traction, and tread wear indicator so you know exactly how much life is left on the tires.
Then the option for a chrome wheel is the Steel Directional Trailer Wheel - 15" x 5" Rim - 5 on 4-1/2 - Chrome Finish # AM34FR.
This wheel does have a 5 on 4-1/2" bolt pattern so you'll want to make sure your trailer hub has the same pattern; if you aren't sure what yours is I have added links below to a help article and printable template which you can use to determine what your bolt pattern is.
For lug nuts to mount the wheel you will need the Lionshead Trailer Wheel Lug Nut # LHLR103. All prices are on their respective product pages, and I have also added links to video reviews for you to check out as well if you'd like.
