Recommended Curt Hitch for Use in 2009 Ford F-350

I have a solution for you, but the Curt E16 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch w/ Slider for Ford Towing Prep Package - Slide Bar Jaw - 16,000 lbs # C16515-16020 is designed to fit in Ford trucks with the OEM prep package, which was not available on the 2009 Ford F-350. Additionally, if you've got an 8 foot truck, you likely won't need a sliding hitch.

With that said, you could use the Curt A16 # C16120 and installation rail kit # C16448-204 for your 2009 Ford F-350. If you do need a sliding hitch for your long bed truck you can use the Curt E16 Slider Hitch part # 16516 paired with the same # C16448-204 rail kit. Both of these solutions will provide you with a quality, reliable Curt hitch at a good price.
