The Curt 4 Bike Rack for 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches # C18030 you were looking at is made in the USA with the exception of some of the hardware is imported from other countries.

The Curt # C18030 is a great option since it works with 1-1/4" or 2" trailer hitch receivers, and has a weight capacity of 45lbs per bike. The rack also features anti sway cradles to prevent your bikes from moving around when on the road, and the tilting function allows you to access the rear cargo area of your vehicle when the bikes are removed.
