For your 2019 Hyundai Kona you will need the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - 2"
Item # DT52GR.
Then for a ramped cargo carrier, I recommend the Flint Hill Goods 29" x 50" Cargo Carrier w Ramp - 2" Hitch - Aluminum - 500lb # FHG67ZR. It weighs 54 pounds so you would still have 246 pounds available for your cargo to stay under the weight capacity of the hitch. However, you will need to check the weight capacity of your 2019 Kona, if it has a lower weight limit, you will need to adhere to the lower limit.
