The Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver # 75101 you were looking at is designed in the USA but produced in Mexico.
If you are wanting a trailer hitch receiver made in the USA I have a few options.
I recommend the B&W Heavy-Duty Trailer Hitch Receiver # BWHDRH25132 as it is the only USA made trailer hitch receiver for your 2000 Dodge Ram Pickup that does not require drilling and will fit both long and short bed models with the standard or step rear bumper.
If you are ok with an option that requires some drilling another great option is the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # 14001 which you can see being installed on a 2001 Dodge Ram Pickup. This hitch will also fit long and short bed models with the standard or step rear bumper.
