Replacement Mattress Recommendation for 2020 Jayco Precept 31UL Motorhome

Question:

i have a 2020 jayco precept 31 ul. it was used when purchased and the mattress was not the original but a short queen, that is too small for the bed leaving plywood exposed on the edges for running into....the published size for the original bed is 70 x 74...which i cannot find on your site....you say a 72 x 80 is your choice....now i am confused....please help

For your 2020 Jayco Precept 31UL I recommend going with a King Short mattress because the measurements are closest to those in your motorhome. A King Short mattress like the etrailer eDream Deluxe RV Mattress # e57FR measures 75 inches long x 72 inches wide. The mattress will overhang the plywood by about an inch on both sides and an inch along the bottom of the bed.
