I have a different suspension enchancement style option but unfortunately there is not an air spring kit for your 1999 Dodge Ram 2500 that will work with an in-bed hitch.

This is due to the fact that on your vehicle the Air Springs and Gooseneck Hitch install in the same location and wont allow for both systems to be installed.

As long as you do not have an upper over load spring on your truck I recommend using the RoadActive Suspension Custom Leaf Spring Enhancement Kit # RAS3614 which offers a weight capacity of 2000lbs or # RAS3614-HD which offers a 3000lb weight capacity.
