I was not able to get a clear answer for you regarding a Draw-Tite hitch, but I reached out to my contact at Curt hitches and found a fully compatible hitch I think you will like. The Curt # C13397 is a confirmed fit for your 2020 Honda CR-V with All Wheel Drive. It is equal or better in quality and it has a drop design that hides most of the hitch hardware except for the 2" receiver of course.
This two inch receiver hitch will be perfect for a bike rack like the Thule Camber # TH9058 to tote a couple bikes out to the park or campground. You will also be able to use the etrailer # E98874 Cargo Carrier for extra road trip luggage and coolers. Also, you might want to get a lightweight trailer like the Detail K2 # K2MMT5X7 cargo trailer which is perfect for hauling home a new dishwasher, 10 bags of mulch, or all the camping gear for a fun weekend.
Finally, if you do decide to get (or have) a trailer you will need to have a 4-pole trailer lighting wiring harness installed if you don't already have it on your rear bumper. I would recommend the Tekonsha # 118741 harness. It is relatively easy install with no wire cutting or splicing, and it has an isolation module that prevents any trailer wiring problems from affecting your vehicle.
