Recommended 5 on 5 1/2" Hub Assembly For Timbren Axle-Less Trailer Suspension System
Question:
Hi I am planning to build an off road capable camping trailer. In doing some research im thinking that your ASR3500SO6 seems to be what I am looking for. What my delema is the bolt pattern for the trailer says 5 on 4.5. I want to run the exact same tire as my 1988 Dodge Ramcharger which is 15 dia wheel 10 wide with 5 on 5.5 bolt pattern. This will allow me more spare tires. Is this available in 5 on 5.5 bolt pattern? Thank you

That sounds like an awesome project!
The Timbren Axle-Less Trailer Suspension System # ASR3500S06 you were looking at can use idler hub's or hub and drum assemblies with 5 on 5 1/2" bolt pattern.
If you are planning on adding trailer brakes you will need Dexter Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly for 3,500-lb Axles # 84557UC3 which includes the correct # L68149 Inner Bearing, # L44649 Outer Bearing, # 58846 Grease Seal, and races. You will also need Electric Trailer Brake Kit # AKEBRK-35-SA
If you are not going to add trailer brakes you will need Trailer Idler Hub Assembly # AKIHUB-555-35-EZ-K which also includes the # L68149 Inner Bearing, # L44649 Outer Bearing, # 58846 Grease Seal, and races.
I included a video for all of the products mentioned for you to take a look at.
