I have a solution for you to add air bags compatible with an in bed 5th wheel hitch to your 2014 Ford F-150, but the AirLift # AL88396 are not compatible with the F-150; these air bags are designed for Super Duty trucks like the F-250 and F-350. Instead, you'll want to use the Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate Air Helper Springs with Internal Jounce Bumpers - Rear Axle # AL88200, which are compatible with the in bed hitch rails on your 2014 F-150.
If you don't have a compressor system that will allow you to keep your bags inflated on the fly, I recommend using the Air Lift Load Controller Compressor System for Air Helper Springs- Heavy Duty - Dual Path # AL25856. This is a dual path compressor system that is designed for heavy duty applications and provides you with a way to keep your bags inflated to custom pressures that will help compensate for off center payloads.
