Parts Needed to Install 7 Way Connector for Truck Bed Slide In Camper on 2019 Ford F-250
Question:
I own a 2019 F-250 with factory installed tow and camper packages. Im preparing to install a truck camper for the first time. Do you know if a camper pigtail is included and hidden in the wiring harness beneath the truck bed? Or, do I need to purchase one? Should this connect to the 7-way terminal at the bumper? Or is there another connection point to enable pulling it through the front of the bed? My Ford dealer was not confident in his answer.

For your 2019 Ford F-250 it doesn't appear that there is a truck bed camper specific plug in or pigtail that was included, but I do have a solution that will work for you.
I recommend using the Hopkins Endurance 5th Wheel/Gooseneck 90-Degree Wiring Harness with 7-Pole Plug # 41157 since it's 10 feet long and will allow you to add the 7-way to your truck bed in a location suitable for your in bed camper- even if that is the cab side of the bed This harness will tee into the existing 7 way connector and can be extended to the front of the cab and has a 90 degree angle for a tight fit.
I've attached a photo to assist. This will give you the features needed for your camper and still allow trailer connections at your bumper for other needs. I've attached an installation video on a similar truck to assist.
