SumoSprings for 2021 Chevolet 1500 Trailboss w/ Factory 2 Lift
Question:
I have a 2021 Chevy Trailboss 4x4 Crew cab and pull 30foot 6100 lb. travel trailer. My truch is factory lifted 2 inches but definitely sags lower than front when trailer is hooked up. Would these springs be the best or the lesser version ss65sr. Can you tell me the height of both of these as well please. With the current factory 2in lift, I have 9.5 inches of room between the mount and the axle pad. Thank you

I reached out to my contact at SuperSprings to determine the best helper spring for your 2021 Trailboss truck. You were comparing the SuperSprings # SS45FR with the SuperSprings # SS65FR. These helper springs will have about a 1" gap before they contact the suspension and then they will compress and further support your load, so there will still be just a little bit of squat at the back of the truck. The # SS45FR springs are bigger and will support more, whereas the # SS65FR springs are smaller and will require the truck to squat down further to engage them - however the smaller ones will result in a smoother ride when not under load.
I would get the larger ones if you plan to tow a lot.
I have attached links to both products and a review video.
