Hitch Extender Recommendation to Let a Curt Carrier Fold up on a Honda Odyssey 2010?
Question:
Not sure if installed carrier correctly because I cannot fit the pin to have the carrier fold up. What can be wrong? Do I need an extension for this car?

The 20x60 Folding Cargo Carrier # C18151 that you referenced does not have a list of vehicles that it will fit on and be able to fold up. If you have tried and you do not have the clearance then you know that it does not have the clearance.
You could use an extension, but you should know that when you use an extension you cut the capacity of the hitch in half. You may also notice more wobble in the carrier due to the additional moving parts. I would recommend the Hitch Extender # HE06, this extender will give you an additional 7 inches which should give you the necessary clearance for your carrier to fold up. To take up some of the wobble you could get a Anti-Rattle Device # 63232. I attached a review video for this product also.
