Replacement Trailer Hitch Receiver Hardware
Question:
Can I reuse trailer hitch bolts? I just bought a hitch from you guys and installed it a few weeks ago. I need to take it off to get to something. I haven’t towed anything yet but they are torqued down.

You cannot reuse hardware for a trailer hitch because they have been torqued to spec before. The only option if you need to remove the hitch is to get new hardware using the Replacement Hardware Kit for Trailer Hitches # RHK.
