It sounds like you're looking for a solution to provide both a 4 way and 7 way trailer connector on the back of a 2021 Kia Sedona, and we've got exactly what you'll need. I'll start out by saying that the Tekonsha # TK24FR you were looking at only has a 7 way plug, so it's not going to be the correct part for this application.

I recommend starting with the Curt # C56332 since it comes with a powered converter that will help protect the electrical components of the vehicle in the event of a backfeed. This will provide you with the 4 way that is the base of most aftermarket 7 way connectors.

Once you've installed that you'll then want to add the Curt Trailer Connector Adapter - 4-Way to 7-Way RV and 4-Way Flat # C57672; this uses the 4 way plug you've installed and allows you to install a fully functioning 7 way, while still keeping a functional 4 way plug available for use. If you just want to install the 12v circuit on the 7 way, you can use the # ETBC7L, which doesn't require the connection of a brake controller line; this would not give them a fully functioning 7 way to tow a trailer with brakes but that may not be necessary for this customer.

I've linked some review and installation videos of these parts for you to have a look at; they're not for this specific vehicle, but will give you a general idea of how they install.
