Your 1988 Ford Hitch # C15300 has a Class V 2" hitch receiver. For a Class III, IV, and V trailer hitches, you will need to use a 5/8 inch diameter pin such as # e98881. If you are using this hitch with accessories and want an anti-rattle hitch lock, then # e99047 is a great option.
