No, you do not have to remove your tire to install the Timbren Rear Suspension Enhancement System # TTORTUN4. All you'll need to do is lift the rear end up about an inch or so. You don't need to lift your 2020 Toyota Tundra off the ground. This will make it easier to get the leaf spring axle mount off. You just need to remove the back U-bolt and slide the rest of the bracket aside until you get the Timbren system in place. The System will install on top of your leaf spring and the U-bolts will hold the new components in place.

Honestly this is something you can do in your driveway, no problem. To help with the install, I've included a video for you to watch.
