My LED Trailer Light Hitch # CR-007G Only Lights Up When Using A Converter

Gmc led trailer hitch cover want work on 2020 gmc sierra 1500 denali truck,when I plug trailer into adapter it works,is it any type of plug you sell that will work for the led hitch im thinking thats the problem,can you give me help with this issue .Thanks

If you got something like this Adapter 7 Pole to 4 Pole with Tester # 47345 you will be able to convert your 7 pole to the 4 pole you need to power your light # CR-007G, you can also test to see if everything is working. If everything is, I think you may have an issue with your wiring with your factory 4 pole. You may also want to check your fuse box for a blown fuse. Also try to check your factory wire connection under your truck bed.
