While we can help you out with choosing a brake controller for your Chevy, there is not a plug-and-play wiring harness for any brake controller on a 2008 Chevy Silverado 2500, including for the Redarc Tow-Pro Elite Trailer Brake Controller # RED44FR because it simply isn't equipped with the needed factory plug.
With one exception, all brake controllers for your truck will need to be spliced into the wiring which is already run under the dash if you have the factory 7-way. If you have that factory 7-way and don't want any wiring the only option is the Curt Echo Wireless Trailer Brake Controller # C51180.
This will plug directly into your 7-way and is set up with your smartphone so no additional wiring is necessary.
