Hi, What harness do I use for my 2020 Ford Explorer to install a 7 pin connector? The truck comes with a quick connect As it is equipped to tow.

For your 2020 Ford Explorer with the towing package I recommend using the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness for Factory Tow Package part # C55774. This will give you the 4-way and 7-way at the rear for use with most trailers out there.

The Curt No-Drill Bracket for 7-Way Round Trailer Connector Mounting Bracket part # C57202 will give you a great way to connect your 7-way without any drilling.
