There is a flat towing wiring harness for your 2019 Ford F-350 Super Duty, but the Hopkins one you mentioned is not a fit; it is only a fit for certain model year F-150's.

There are no plug-in harnesses for your F-350 so I recommend a simple splice-in harness instead, the Roadmaster Universal Hy-Power Diode Wiring Kit # RM-154.
