Availability of Bike Rack To Fit a Honda Fit Sport Model
Question:
Is there a trunk mounted model that will fit the sports model?

To carry a bike on your Honda Fit Sport model would require the use of a hitch and a hitch bike rack. The Honda Fit Sport uses a rear roof line spoiler that will prevent the use of a trunk mounted bike rack. None of the manufacturers of trunk bike racks that we carry will offer a bike rack that will fit the Sport model.
If your Honda Fit is a 2009 to 2013 model year I would recommend the Curt Class I 1-1/4 Inch Hitch, part # C11064. Since the hitch for your vehicle will be a Class I hitch you will be limited to a maximum of 2 bikes. I am including a link to the installation instructions and a video link to the hitch being installed on a 2011 Honda Fit.
For a hitch bike rack, I would recommend the Swagman Trailhead 2 Bike Rack, part # S63360. This is one of our most popular hitch bike racks. It can carry 2 bikes and has a total weight capacity of 70 lbs (35 lbs per bike). I am including a link to the installation instructions of the bike rack and a video link to a review of the Swagman Trailhead design bike rack.
