Question:
I have a 2012 Toyota Tacoma with a factory installed towing package. Will this hitch lock fit this receiver.

For your 2012 Toyota Tacoma, we have seen that the Hitch Receiver Lock # e98880 you referenced is not wide enough for the factory-installed hitch receiver with its overall width of more than 2-5/8 inches. I recommend the Extra Long Hitch Receiver Lock # e98881 with an inside width of 3-5/8 inches. The # RH5-XL fits all 2 inch and 2-1/2 inch trailer hitches (Class III-V). I have included a link to a video review of this product.
This product has a covered key slot that prevents corrosion and features all-weather grips for improved handling in extreme environments. It is double-chrome plated for maximum rust resistance, is made in the US, and is machined from hardened 15K stress-proof steel.
