The TowReady Bolt-On Pintle Hook # 63105, will work for you in the capacity that you want. It is rated for 30,000 lbs of GTW (gross towing weight). You will have to bolt this product directly to the frame of the tow vehicle or to a reinforced bumper to retain its 30,000 lb GTW as long as the tow vehicle can handle the capacity of the load being towed. Using a pintle hitch mount that attaches to a hitch receiver on a vehicle will reduce the weight capacity to 10,000-12,000 lbs.
