Availability of Bike Rack For Recumbent Bike on 2011 Chevrolet Equinox

Yes, I have the Swagman XC-Extended Platform-Style 2 Bike Carrier, part # S64650-EXT. This is a hitch bike rack that comes with two types of wheel hoops to fit different bike lengths. One set of wheel hoops will accommodate bikes with extra-long wheelbases, like your recumbent bike. The other set of wheel hoops can be used for bikes with the traditional wheelbase. This bike rack will fit both 1-1/4 inch and 2-inch hitch receivers. I am including a link to a video review on the Swagman bike carrier.
If you need a hitch for your 2011 Chevy Equinox I would recommend the Curt Class III 2-Inch Hitch, part # 13591. This is a 2-inch hitch with a 350-lb tongue weight capacity and would work well with the hitch bike rack mentioned above. I am including links to the instructions on the hitch and to a video of the installation of the hitch on a 2011 Chevrolet Equinox.
The other way to haul a recumbent bike would be on the roof of your vehicle with either the Thule Roof Bike Rack, part # TH558P. It will not fit on factory cross bars so you would also have to purchase cross bars for the roof of your vehicle. I am including links to instructions and an installation video on the roof bike rack.
