Will the Swagman Titan 2 Trailer Hitch Mount Bike Rack Fit a 2002 Ford Explorer Sport

Hello Can you tell me the distance from the center of the hitch pin to the leading edge of the vertical mast? I have a hitch on a 2002 Explorer Sport and the bumper hangs over the hitch by a few inches. Maybe use a hitch extension? Your help is much appreciated. Thank you.

On the Swagman Titan 2, # S63400, it measures 14-1/2 inches from the center of the hitch pin hole to the back of the mast (upright bar) on the rack. It is unlikely that you would need to use any type of extension for this rack on your 2002 Ford Explorer Sport. I have included a link to the installation instructions for you to view.

If you will be carrying women's, children's, or alternative frame bikes that do not have a top frame tube that goes straight across, I recommend using a bike adapter bar, # HRBA-PRO. This will allow you to carry those types of bikes more level and provides greater ground clearance. I have linked instructions for the adapter as well.
